Route 66 Cruise from Old Chain of Rocks Bridge, St. Louis, MO to Route 66 Mother Road Festival, Springfield, IL. Friday, September 25, 2009.Registration: 8:00 – 9:30 am' Driver Meeting: 9:30 am; Depart: 10:00 am; Lunch Stop: 11:30 – 12:30 pm; (DeCamp Junction, Staunton, IL)Depart DeCamps: 12:30 pm; Arrive Springfield: 3:00 pm. This cruise is not affiliated with the Route 66 Mother Road Festival in any way. Cost to cross the bridge is $5.00 per car. TrailNet operates the bridge and will open it for auto traffic for $200 minimum charge. The cost per car will be determined based on number participating, with a minimum of $5 per car. T-Shirts are available for $15/each for sizes S-XL; $16.50 each for 2X-3X which includes shipping. Accepted forms of payment are Money Order, Cashier Check or PayPal only (No personal checks). Dash plaques will be available to the first 150 cars who pay to cross the bridge. Photos of all cars crossing bridge will be taken and posted to HACC website (http://halfacarclub.spaces.live.com/).
